When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.
Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. Oral hygiene instructions will also be given with suggestions to help your child care for their own teeth. In most cases, we will also clean their teeth on this visit, and provide an evaluation that will outline any existing dental problems and proposed treatment.
Please complete our New Patient Forms.
Meet Our Dentists
Dr. Lee Walker grew up in
Fort Mill, South Carolina. She graduated magna cum laude
from Clemson University and
then received her Dental Medicine Degree from the Medical University of South Carolina.
Following dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency at Palmetto Richland Hospital. Dr. Walker is a member
of the American Dental Association, South Carolina Dental Association, the Central District Dental Association
and the Dental Divas study club.
Her husband is also a dentist practicing in the Northeast area of Columbia. They are parents to four children. In her free time (which there is little!), she enjoys running, reading and a good cup of coffee. She is currently serving as an elder at Downtown Church where her and her family are active members.
Dr. Walker values that children are unique individuals. She strives to build lasting relationships with her patients and seeing them grow into young adults!
Dr. Darby S. Kelly is a native of Columbia, SC where she attended St. Joseph's Catholic School and Cardinal Newman High School. After graduating from Cardinal Newman she went to Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC and finished with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Having always wanted to be a dentist, she went on to pursue her Doctorate in Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
Dr. Kelley worked for six years after dental school in a very busy general dentistry practice in downtown Columbia. Over those six years, she realized that what she liked most about dentistry was working with children. She realized that so many adults were afraid of going to the dentist because of a bad experience as a child. She decided that she could make the most difference by providing calm, positive dental experiences for children.
Dr. Kelley started working with Smiles For A Lifetime, providing dental care to school children in underserved areas of Manning and Dillon, SC, where she worked for 7 years. In 2012, Dr. Kelley had the wonderful opportunity to work at Capital Children's Dental Clinic in Columbia, SC, where she has been ever since.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four beautiful children, attending their sporting events, learning new things, crafts, reading, and traveling. She and her family are members of Corpus Christi Catholic Church.
We are open to serve you, answer questions, or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment, we implement our broken appointment policy.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time
We have helpful financing options available. We are currently accepting new patients and are also a Medicaid provider.
Dr. Jeffery Jackson is a Pediatric Dentist originally from Wilmington, North Carolina. He grew up in a large family of three sisters and one brother. He moved to South Carolina in August of 2016 with his fiancé.

General Dentistry Limited to Children
Dr. Walker and Dr. Kelley are general dentists limiting their practice to infants, adolescents, and teens. Their focus is in the treatment and prevention of dental disease, as well as the overall oral health of children. Dr. Walker and Dr. Kelley are qualified and experienced in the dental needs of infants, children, and adolescents.
Dr. Jackson is a board certified pediatric dentist.
Pediatric dentists like Dr. Jackson specialize in the treatment and prevention of dental disease, as well as the overall oral health of children. Through extra years of schooling, training, experience, and certification, a pediatric dentist is uniquely qualified to treat the dental needs of infants, children, adolescents and those with special needs.
A pediatric patient not only has a different dentition than adults but he/she may have specific dental and behavioral needs that are unique to a child. These needs may include orthodontics, dental sealants, fluoride applications or home treatments, or just simply education in oral hygiene. In addition to treating existing dental problems, our office focuses on prevention through patient and parent education. We like to feel that you and your child do not come to our office to have their “cavities fixed” but rather to prevent them.
Our mission is to provide all of the educational tools necessary for our patients to enjoy a cavity-free future.
We love what our patients have said.
